The touching moment late Eric Hill met The Bachelorette Andi Dorfman... shortly before he was killed in a paragliding accident

This is the touching moment Eric Hill met with Bachelorette Andi Dorfman before he was tragically killed in a paragliding accident.
Eric, a 31-year-old explorer from Citrus Heights, California had been a hopeful on the hit ABC show, but died before the filming was completed.
Instead of editing him out of Monday’s season premier the crew dedicated the season to Eric - who made a poignant entrance with some dolls he had been given in Peru.

‘I actually travelled the world for my work and the first country that I went to outside of the continent was Peru,’ said the tall brunette, who was vying to win the heart of this year’s bachelorette – 27-year-old Andi Dorfman, a prosecutor from Atlanta, Georgia.
‘In the Andes mountains a little girl gave these to me and told me to give them to my girlfriend but I didn’t have one at the time and, maybe this is jumping the gun, but these are for you,’ said Eric, who died in early May after he had already been eliminated from the show.
‘Oh so sweet,’ smiled Andi, as she watched him walk away.

In the house later Eric told Andi about his plans to ‘visit every country in the world’.
‘Like 197 of them?’ she asked.
‘195,’ he corrected while describing his adventurous endeavors in base-jumping and bungee jumping as well as ‘cultural immersion’.
‘This is so interesting… I’m so envious,’ she said, leaning closer to him.

Despite her interest Andi did not award the ‘first impression rose’ to Eric. That was bestowed on Nick V. a humble and ‘very nervous’ Software Sale Executive from Chicago.
The interactions were part of Andi’s cyclone of meetings with ‘25 of America’s most eligible bachelors’.
The prosecutor who ‘loves fighting crime’ and ‘putting bad guys away’ wore a slinky beaded gown, which exposed her toned and tanned arms.
The show began with a tribute to the deceased contestant a ‘passionate and dedicated’ sportsman and world traveller.
